If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Nasty Lifestyle purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer free returns.

SALE ITEMS: We do not offer refunds on sale items.

RETURNS: Are processed on Fridays. 

If you would like to return a sale item we can offer you an exchange or credit note. Please email to get a return address.

Any items returned after 30 days of purchase are eligible only for online store credit in the form of a voucher code. Please note this policy is only valid within 90 days of the original purchase.

Please return your items in the original packaging, with all swing tags attached and in the condition that it was received in (Folded back inside the clothing bag). Any items received back to us not in their original, unworn state they are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange unless a manufacturing fault has occurred outside of your control. 

Please respect a small business we do not have a big team of people sorting the returns and very often we have to steam garments and repack so we can resell these items, we would really appreciate your help when returning items.

Please note a decision to refund is subject to our inspection of the items once returned.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and requires a signature upon receipt.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the items on the following Friday to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. 

Note: All items subjected to offers or reductions are deemed as final sale items. As such, only exchanges and credits are available providing the item is returned within 30 days.

When returning an item, please be sure to include your name, address and 5 digit order number. Please state the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required. Once we have received the item we will process your return and issue a refund or replacement for you. Please securely package the item and send to address received in your email correspondence.
