Each month we’re going to sit down with one of Nasty Lifestyle’s athletes to ask them some burning questions you’ve all been dying to know!
This month we’re kicking off with Ella Wilkinson – our brunette beauty from Wirral.
Q1. How old were you when you first got into CrossFit? Do you remember your first ever session?
I was 16 years old when I got into CrossFit! I can remember hugely underestimating how savage my first ever session would be but I’ve loved the sport ever since!
Q2. What is your typical daily diet?
I’d usually consume around 2800 calories on a training day. I have nutrition support from Tim (wedominatenutrition), who will alter my macros depending on my training demands! I make sure that I fuel myself to maximise my training, but also make sure I have balance.
Q3. What are your ambitions and dreams for your future in CrossFit?
My biggest ambition is to continue to improve as an athlete and in the upcoming years compete at the CrossFit games
Q4. What’s your favourite WOD?
My favourite workout is 20.3
Q5. Do you have any words of encouragement for anyone struggling with motivation?
I love the quote “the struggle you’re in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow”
